Erica Nicholas of Kentwood, MI has started a petition to get Ebay to stop the sale of ARCs. She says:
ARC's are sent out by publishers and authors for review before the book is even out for sale. It is illegal to sell these books, as they are unfinished copies. Yet, there are thousands of them in market on Ebay! Some of them are even being sold at ridiculously high prices! This is illegal and wrong, and Ebay needs to do something about it!
